In a medium pot mix together
1 cup flour
1/2 cup salt
2 tsp Cream of Tartar
1/4 cup spices
(I used a mix of cinnamon and nutmeg)
In a measuring cup add 1 cup water and 1 tsp vegetable oil
Mix with a spoon until incorporated. On low to medium heat "cook" for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and use! Store in a sealed container in the fridge for future use.
