You can make a large jar of this or mix the essential oils together and store in a small bottle until you are ready to use it. If you'd like to make it beforehand then you will need:
2 cups plain epsom salt
1 cup dead sea salt
4 tablespoons hibiscus tea blend (not required but it makes it look pretty)
20 drops neroli essential oil
15 drop damask rose essential oil 5% dilution
Mix together with a whisk and store in a glass jar with a lid. If you use a plastic container it will actually absorb the essential oil scent and you will notice a huge difference when you go to use the brew. Use 1 cup of scented bath salts to one tub of warm water for best results.
This blend is useful for PMS, menopause or if you are emotionally feeling like you are at the end of your rope. I don't mind this one, however I respond better to my Hippie Brew as it contains Cedarwood which is my trigger for relaxing. You will figure out over time which essential oils create different moods in yourself and what you like best.
Neroli Essential Oil is derived from the citrus plant. I find however that it doesn't smell like the citrus we associate with that scent. However it is very uplifiting to the spirit. It is used as an anti depressant. It uplifts your mood, gives relief from anxiety, anger and distress. This is one of the main essential oils I use for people who are going through various stages of grief.
Damask Rose Essential Oil has been used for centuries. It has many different properties, but for this blend I use it for it's ability to heal depression, grief, nervous stress and tension. It also can help reduce the severity of headaches and migraines. Pure Rose Essential Oil is extremely pricey (due to the volume of rose petals needed to extract the oil) so the 5% dilution works just fine. Even at the diluted stage the oil tends to be thick and the scent potent.
