The almond facial scrub was one of the first products I ever created in my shop and is one of my top sellers. I've downsized the recipe fore everyone so you can make it yourself if you wish!

You can use this everyday on your skin if you wish. It is non drying because of the high concentration of oats. Oats naturally soothe and heal the skin, while reducing inflammation. This scrub is wonderful for anyone who suffers from acne, skin complaints or eczema.
In a small kitchen bowl mix:
1 cup ground oats
1/2 cup ground almonds
1 tablespoon rosemary
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
5 drops almond extract
Grind Superfine in a Coffee Grinder to remove any small bits of almonds. You could also just use almond flour and oat flour if you don't have a small coffee grinder at your disposal. Stir well and store in an airtight container. To use, pour about 2 teaspoons into your hand and flick a small amount of water into the mixture. Add just enough to make a paste. Apply to your face and then rinse off. If your face is super sensitive, be more sparing with the cinnamon. Shelf life if stored properly is 1 year. Enjoy!
