This pie crust is super easy to make from ingredients you can find at a normal grocery store AND you don't have to bake it. The problem? Ummmm well.....I kinda never measure the ingredients. I just eyeball it. I will do my best to give you the recipe but tweak it as you see fit.
In a food processor add:
2 cups whole almonds, grind into almond meal then add:
1 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup softened coconut oil
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
8 dates (allowed to soak for 5 minutes in 1/4 cup warm water)
Blend all the ingredients together in the processor until it becomes sticky. If for any reason it's too dry add a bit more water. If it's to wet then add a bit more oatmeal.
Press into the bottom of a pie plate or tart shells. This can be served raw or you can cook it as you would a regular crust.
