These yogurt pops consist of 3 ingredients. Takes less than 5 minutes to make and cost under $5 to make. Yogurt requires sugar in order for it to remain creamy and not crystalize when you freeze it. You could attempt this with honey but it will make the texture more like a sorbet.
Add one cup of crushed berries. You can use blueberries, raspberries, strawberries or a combination of all three. By crushing the berries and adding to the yogurt it naturally colours the yogurt and allows the flavour to be spread through out. Spoon into popsicle holders. I bought mine from a Tupperware party years ago. They seem to be the ones that will hold up to wear and tear easily.
