1/2 cup Butterscotch Chipits
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts (I used 1/2 cup pecans and 1/2 cup walnuts)
Line a loaf pan with wax paper so that the edges hang out so that they will act as handles later.
You can use the microwave for this recipe, but I prefer to use the stove top method.
Place the semi-sweet chocolate chips, the vanilla and the condensed milk into a medium pot and heat on medium until chips are just melted.
To this add 1 cup of the chopped nuts.
Pour this mixture evenly into the loaf pan.
In a small bowl add 1/2 cup butterscotch Chipits and 1 teaspoon of milk. Microwave on High 30 seconds at a time. Stirring between heating so as not to over cook. Once the chips have melted, using a dessert spoon, drizzle the melted chocolate over top of the fudge in the loaf pan. You can swirl it in a bit if you would like or leave it drizzled. That's completely up to you!
Place in the fridge and allow to cool. Once cooled, remove from pan and cut with a knife. Store tightly covered in fridge. Very decadent and wonderful for gift giving.
